1.

Follow signs to Ted Williams Tunnel/I-90 West (Mass Pike).  Pass through tunnel, continue along Mass Pike, west-bound.

Exit on Exit 17 (Watertown), stay to right and follow ramp to Centre Street, which very shortly becomes Galen Street.  Follow Galen Street, straight about 0.5 mile, cross bridge over Charles River and stay to left.

At first stoplight, immediately after bridge (complicated intersection), make a sharp left turn onto Main Street (Rte. 20) in Watertown Center.  Follow Rte. 20 West approximately 1 1/2 miles to the Waltham city line - a landmark is a Walgreen's Pharmacy on the right hand side.  At the first stoplight immediately after this pharmacy, make a right turn onto Warren Street.

Follow Warren Street about 0.5 mile, then turn left onto Beaver Street, the fourth street on left-hand side from Main Street (caution! - dangerous intersection).

Follow Beaver Street only about 100 yards - Clematis Avenue is second street on right-hand side.  Turn right.

Take Rt. 128 (I95) to Exit 27A, Totten Pond Road, in the East direction

Take Totten Pond Road (east) to end.  Stay in middle lane at light.

3.

Turn right onto Lexington Street, then immediately bear left, staying on Lexington Street.

Turn left at first light (ca. 200 yds) onto Beaver Street.

5.

At rotary (ca. ¼ mile), take 2nd exit, staying on Beaver Street.

6.

Continue on Beaver Street for about 1 mile to a traffic light at the Route 60 intersection (Shell Station on the left).  Continue straight through the light, staying on Beaver Street for 200 yards.

7.

Turn left onto Clematis Avenue.  (1st left after railroad tracks)

8.

Park in the lot on the west side of 12 Clematis or in the lot across the street.  Enter at left hand side (west side) of #12, rear, next to the loading dock.
